MASALA CHAAS
INGREDIENTS
chilled curd - 1 cup
ice cubes - as needed (optional)
corainder leaves - a bunch
curry leaves - a handful
mint leaves - a bunch
cumin powder - 1 tsp
chaat masala - 1 tsp
salt - to taste
water
PROCEDURE
Blend all the ingredients in a blender to a smooth batter consistency.
Strain through a fine mesh.(optional)
Add needed water to dilute as per your need.
Serve immediately with ice cubes, fresh mint leaves and sprinkle some chaat masala to garnish or refrigerate till served
TIPS
you can strain through a fine mesh or can be served as such.
Both would be fine and refreshing for summer.
