BREAD MANCHURIAN

Ingredients

Bread slices – 6 to 7
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Maida – 2 tbsp
Soya sauce –2  tbsp
Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
chiily sauce - 1 tbsp
Salt  - to taste
Oil – 1 cup
Onion – 1 big
Capsicum – 1 big
Garlic – 8 to 10 pods
spring onions - few

procedure

In a bowl add maida, corn flour, soya sauce, tomato sauce and little salt.


Add water and mix such that it is like bajji batter.



Dip a bread slice in the batter and place it on a tava.
(alternatively we can deep fry also if we  are not so calorie conscious)



Drizzle some oil and toast it on a medium flame.



Now flip it to the other side and toast again.



Transfer it to a plate and let it cool. cut into small bit size pieces.



Heat a pan and chopped garlic and fry for a minute.



Add onion and spring onion whites and fry till it turns transparent.



Add capsicum and fry for a minute in high flame.



When it is still crunchy add little salt , soya sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, chilly sauce and saute in high flame. Add the bread pieces and toss for a minute and serve immediately.
