BREAD PIZZA


INGREDIENTS
bread  - 1 loaf
butter - to spread
cheese - 1 big cube (preferably mozzarella)
carrots - 1 cup(chopped finely)
capsicum - 1 cup (chopped finely)
onion - 1/2 cup (chopped finely)
oil - 2 tbsp
salt - as per taste
pepper - 1 tsp
chilli flakes  - 2 tsp
oregano - 1 tsp (optional)
pizza sauce or tomato sauce - 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE
Heat a pan and add oil to it.
Add onions and fry till it turns transparent.
Add chopped carrots and fry in low flame till it gets cooked slightly.
Add capsicum and fry for a minute.
Add salt and peeper according to your taste and take off the flame.
Let it cool.
Spread butter generously on bread slices.
Spread sauce above the butter layer.
Carefully spread the vegetable mix above the sauce layer.
Now shred the cheese and spread over the vegetable layer.
Now heat a shallow pan and arrange the bread slices and cover with a lid for 2 to 3 mins or till the cheese melts.
Or you can even toast in microwave or OTG.
Serve hot and surprise your kids.
